Pyrobel-T is a tempered gel filled glass. Fire exposed Glass breaks after a few Minutes & Gel starts expanding thereby –

  • Protects the outside glass against thermal shock
  • Keep it below its softening temperature till the end of the test (EW120) It provides very reliable and effective protection: No Flame, No Smoke, Limited heat radiatio

  • Extraordinary transparency (LT = 87%)
  • Technology available in XXL format (4.5 metres high)
  • Can be produced in all fire resistance classes: EW:120 minutes & EI:20 minutes
  • Certified as 1B1 in accordance with EN 12600 classifying impact resistance and mode of breakage
  • UV, water and impact-resistant
  • 100% Heat Soak Tested
  • Can be combined with all AGC thermal insulation and solar protection coatings
  • Pyrobel-T is suitable for applications with in service temperatures between -10°C and +50°C

  • Common Frame for Door & Partition -Increases glass
  • Fire Resistance tested for System (not only for Glass!)

Partition tested as per EN 1364 tested in NABL Accredited Lab
